Outcome
Having identified consistency as the key we redefined Ellie Cashman Design visual identity, designing a clear brand personality and instructions to ensure a uniform look and feel across all media. The new word-mark is personal and feminine. The application of color (inspired by how flowers come from the darkness and into the light) and subtle, tactile print finishes exudes beauty and elegance.

Impact & recognition
The new identity has a more global brand appearance. The acceptance/feed back from the clients are very positive. Also the indicators for brand strength (e.g. awareness, liking) have been improving more rapidly since the transformation began.
The new visual identity design received international recognition on many design blogs and online magazines (a.o.: Mind Sparkle Magazine, Braaanding) and is curated by Behance Gallery. PaperSpecs made an 'Inspiration Video' about it (watch it here) and the logo design is included in the international publication: Los Logos 8 | Gestalten 2017.

Environmental & social consciousness
As well as being fully recyclable all papers used contains 30% post-consumer waste and has FSC® certification (meaning that the pulp used are all from managed forests). The paper used for the compliments card is full recycled paper made from cotton waste from the clothing industry in Portugal. Wallpapers and fabrics are printed with 100% ecological, water based ink. Handling of all fabric and wallpaper samples is done by people with a distance to the labor market. These people, with an often vulnerable position, are offered a working perspective here.
